What is a Vision Board?
Wikipedia’s definition of a vision board (aka Dream Board) is: a collage of photos or images and affirmations that represent one’s dreams and desires designed to serve as inspiration and motivation. I like to think of it as a visualization tool.
I’ve Heard of Visualization, but what is it?
Visualization is a powerful way to manifest the life of your dreams! It is easy and inexpensive! Just a few minutes a day on most days (or every day) of the week can help you build momentum toward the things you want out of life.
Some people are born with the natural ability to visualize, while others have a harder time. Luckily, for those of us who need a little help (and for those of us who don’t), a vision or dream board can jumpstart the process.
