Hot Dog Raft Sandwich
Its time to break your hot dog out of the bun ! I’ve actually talked to quite a few people who grew up eating hot dogs on bread instead of “traditional” buns. Check out this blog post for my elevated version of what for many is a childhood classic !

I think brats would ruin this sandwich. Hot dogs are the only way to do it.
