Pickled Garden Vegetables

This time of year I become overwhelmed with all my garden vegetables coming in at the same time.  While it’s a good problem to have, I run out of people to share them with, and I can only eat so many veggies.  The solution is pickling.  There are some rather easy recipes out there for pickled veggies.  Here’s one I love.
