Recently, one of our newer users sent us a message to thank us for creating our site. While we’ve never been one to brag (unless of course it is warranted), we asked him if we could share his message. He was kind enough to agree and then went above and beyond by also sharing his site traffic analytics with us. Below are both:
To Whom It May Concern,
Wanted to send a quick note to thank you for creating Bloggow. I am as novice as they come when it comes to blogging and like probably every other content creator, had no idea where to begin. A while back, I found a hilarious reply of yours on Twitter and decided I had to check out your site. Upon arriving and browsing the work of some of the other bloggers there, I figured I might as well sign up.
It wasn’t even a week before I already began to witness a substantial increase in traffic to my site. I know I’m just a beginner in the blogging world and my numbers don’t compare to some of the more established authors, but it was a pleasant surprise nonetheless.
I would also be remiss not to mention the friendly customer service I encountered when I reached out to your team regarding a technical question around image uploads. I received an immediate reply from Maria who coached me through the problem and promised me she’d follow up later that same day to make sure my problem was remedied. Sure enough, she did so and assured me she would be there for any future issues. Thankfully, I haven’t needed her, but know that if I do, I will get a prompt response from a caring representative.
So, thank you again for your site and for staffing great people. I have shared your site with others and will continue to do so.
