I confess, I am a Kroma Wellness convert. This fresh-on-the-scene brand founded by mission-driven entrepreneur Lisa Odenweller has been making the rounds in the wellness community, and making waves as well for good reason.
I just finished Kroma’s 5-Day Lifestyle Reset for the second time this year, and this time my husband actually joined. (PS: if you know my husband, you know that is a rare occasion, and speaks well of a product and brand.)
Earlier this year Kroma was kind enough to send me their Deluxe Lifestyle Reset, and after I tried and enjoyed it I had ordered one of their Signature Refills in case I wanted to reset again. But, as luck would have it, they just released their fully vegan version of the Signature Lifestyle Reset this past month, and they sent one for me to try!*
*Backstory: a few ingredients in the Lifestyle Reset offerings contain animal products, and these could only be switched out previously by paying to upgrade to the “vegan bundle”, which shipped (my favorite) Majik Matcha and the veggie broth separately instead of the Chicken + Beef broth and Beauty Matcha Latte options.
Kroma has since remedied this, however, and one can now choose seamlessly if they wish to have a vegan Reset or the version that includes animal products. No separate shipping involved!
Back to the point, I still had a non-vegan Lifestyle Reset refill, and now the beautiful new vegan Signature Reset! I asked my husband, who had just gotten back into working out after a hiatus, if he would like to reset with me.
He agreed, to my delight, and here we are 7 days later, our Resets finished, and still in the groove of drinking our lattes in the morning and having our broth for lunch/dinner (with our choice of add-ons, as Kroma encourages adding protein and veggies as needed to the broth especially).

Growing up in Los Angeles, I’ve tried every crash diet and ridiculous juice cleanse that came along back in the day, before I discovered that those kinds of “quick fixes” do more harm than good in the long run.

While the supplements and smoothies are great, personally I am all about the Super Porridge, pictured above. After completing the reset the first time, I stocked up on bags of it to have in my pantry! Truly a game changer for breakfast. (Funny enough, this was the only item my husband did not care for. Go figure.)

Both times I did the reset, I felt lighter, I was much more regular, and felt more alert and positive. My husband says he enjoyed it as well and he actually lost 5lbs, which made him incredibly motivated to continue with some of the products after the reset.
