May 9th 1967

May 9th 1967 Another surprising day. Highlights:      Tube ride to Harrods close to it that is and walked on more pleasant streets.   Purchased pints and place mats and sent them to the states.  Lunched there on tea and scones.  Took a taxi back to as close to Buckingham as possible where we saw the Queen and King……
