Week 2: The Climb

Week Two: The Climb

 

            I start off my work week pushing my breakfast a few hours later and eating my last meal earlier than usual.  This, by definition, is called intermittent fasting; a somewhat cheat code I utilize to detox my body, engrain self-discipline and let my body essentially survive off of the fat that I so easily put on since this lock down.  The difficulty doesn’t lie in the fact that I didn’t eat since 6:15pm the last day, the difficulty lies in the constant barrage of food thrown in my face from YouTube Ads to the shows that I watch on Netflix having some kind of delicious meal.  I drink as much water as possible however the memory of the pizza and wings I had a week ago still resonates.
