Mediterranean Diet
We’ve all heard about how healthy it is, but speaking from experience, it truly has changed my life. The cuisine is delicious and an attribute not often found associated with the word “diet.”Â
One item in particular is so easy to make, so tasty and probably one of the healthiest members of this class. It is the tabbouleh salad. I was first introduced to this dish while visiting a dear friend from college in her home state of Minnesota. Her mother is a fourth generation American of Lebanese descent.
