Granted, the perfect steak doesn’t really need a sauce, but if you’re looking for one stop right here at bearnaise. Not just for your steak though, burgers, fries, asparagus…anything you want to coat in deliciousness.
For myself, steak nights can vary depending on my mood, but if I’m trying to fancy it up a little bit I usually go to this recipe down below. Is it a lot of steps and somewhat complicated? Sure. Is it worth every ingredient? 100%
