We as a community have been living in fear as long as we have been in this country and it has caused deep psychological trauma. Those that are victims of these hate crimes can easily be our sister, brother, mother, father, uncle, auntie, or even ourselves.

Bird's Eye View is a concept that supports black minds on their journey of self-discovery. In a literal sense, the bird's eye view is a state of seeing things from a higher perspective. Within black communities, mental health has been deemed taboo for generations and has seemingly been unacknowledged for far too long. With that being said, Bird's Eye View intends on promoting black mental health and wellness by connecting the black experience to self-discovery. The overall goal is to connect oneself to their highest state of being.
