We all know the importance of curb appeal when people first see your house. But I like to stress to my clients that there are actually two “curb appeals” to consider. The latter is of course, your foyer. It does not matter if you have a huge foyer with a grand chandelier or a smaller one with a simple overhead light. This is the space that makes a second first impression… if that makes sense. But before you start making drastic changes, there are a few things to consider.
